To make the hot air fryer breakfast muffins, first flatten the toast and cut as large a circle as possible from each slice. Cut down the middle.

Fry the bacon. It shouldn’t get too crispy, though, so it can still be bent.

Grease muffin tins (made of silicone for the Airfryer) and line each with 2 toast half circles. No hole should be left empty. If necessary, use the cut-offs to help. Put a slice of bacon in each and let an egg run in. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake the breakfast muffins for about 15 minutes at 190 °C in the Philips Airfryer.
