For the wild garlic potatoes, boil the potatoes in steam until soft, peel and cut each potato into pleasing pieces.
Heat some oil in a pan, add potato pieces, salt and fry a little, turning several times.
Wash and chop the wild garlic and add to the potatoes, fry a little.
