For the caramel cream cake, beat the yolks with 2/3 of the sugar and the vanilla sugar until creamy.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the rest of the sugar. Add the whipped cream to the yolk mixture and sift over it the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Gently fold everything into the yolk mixture.

Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake at 175° C.

In the meantime, prepare the caramel cream. For this, cook the pudding with milk and sugar and let it cool down. Cream the margarine and stir in the pudding by the spoonful.

Spread the caramel cream on the cake base and serve the finished cake.
