Peel the orange peel very thinly, slit the vanilla bean. All ingredients in a bottle form, fill up with the rum and tightly closed in a dark place for 4-5 weeks.
Shake from time to time. Before giving away, filter and fill into a bottle.
Keeps about 6 months.
Preparation Tip:
The cinnamon liqueur keeps about 4 months stored in a cool and dark place.
