Strawberries with Cream

Strawberries with cream are an absolute favorite recipe of our users! And quite rightly so. Such a good tasting fruit like strawberries does not need much to be served as a perfect dessert or snack in between.

For the strawberries with cream, wash the strawberries, remove the stems and put them in a large bowl. Then, depending on your preference, cut the strawberries into small pieces, puree them in a blender or just roughly crush them with a fork.

Stir the sour cream thoroughly and pour over the strawberries. If you like it really sweet, sprinkle with powdered sugar. But actually, our local fresh strawberries don’t need any added sugar at all.

Decorate the strawberries with cream with a fresh mint leaf and serve.

Preparation Tip:
