Cut meat into very thin slices. Marinate in 4 tbsp. soy sauce for 30 min. Pat dry and put on wooden skewers.
Sauté onion and garlic cubes in 1 tbsp. oil. Melt peanut cream in it. Pour 200 ml water. Stir until sauce is smooth. Squeeze 1/2 lemon. Season sauce with juice of one lemon, sambal oelek, sugar and remaining soy sauce. Roast the skewers in the remaining oil for 4 minutes on each side, then season with pepper. Serve kebabs with peanut sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
