For the calzone, preheat oven to 200 °C convection. Cut spring onion into fine rings. Coarsely chop spinach. Drain olives and chickpeas. Remove pit from olives and cut into small pieces.

Peel and finely chop garlic. Heat some oil in a pan. Add tomato paste and sauté briefly together with spinach, spring onion, garlic, olives and chickpeas, then set aside.

Pluck the basil, chop finely and mix in as well. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Place one pizza dough at a time on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Roll out the dough and cut it in half widthwise. Place a quarter of the filling on each half of the dough and fold. Press the edges well and brush with water.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until they get a nice brown color.

Preparation Tip:

The calzone can be filled with other ingredients according to your taste. Is also excellent for recycling leftovers.
