Knead the minced meat with the soaked and squeezed bread, garlic, onion, eggs, salt, paprika, mustard and bell pepper. Form an oblong loaf on the meat dough. Spread half of the bacon slices on a baking pan, put the minced meat on it and cover it with the remaining slices. Roast the minced roast at 220 °C for 45 minutes, and gradually pour and ladle the warm beef broth over it. Later, keep the roast warm, dissolve the meat stock with the remaining beef broth and a little bit of hot water, and heat it up in a saucepan. Stir some cornstarch with the whipped cream and thicken the sauce with it. Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
