For the strawberry carpaccio, wash the strawberries, pat dry. Remove the green and cut into very thin slices. Divide between two plates and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
Mix the sour cream with powdered sugar and serve with it.
Preparation Tip:
Serve the strawberry carpaccio with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle with pistachios. Schokotiger drizzle chocolate sauce over it. It is best to use a very sharp knife to cut nice fine slices.
