For sausages in love with egg, cut the frankfurters in the middle with a knife up to 2 cm before the end. Now bend the cut ends outward so that the inside of the frankfurter faces outward. Fix the ends of the sausages together with a toothpick so that a heart is formed. Repeat the same process with the second sausage.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Place the two heart-shaped sausages in the pan and let them fry briefly. Now crack an egg over each frankfurter and let it fry like a fried egg.
Carefully slide the sausages with egg out of the pan and serve.
