For the plum cookies, cream together butter, sugar, orange zest and vanilla sugar. Add egg and yolk. Loosely fold in flour.
Using a piping bag with a smooth nozzle, pipe small rosettes onto a baking tray with baking paper. Bake the cookies at 170°C for 7-8 minutes until golden brown and let cool.
To garnish the plum biscuits, drizzle some Powidl in the center and top with the finely chopped plums.
