Instructions:

Salt, basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts and Parmesan finely crushed in a mortar. Add olive oil or chop everything together in a cutter. Fill into jars and cover with olive oil, seal.

Keeps in the refrigerator for about 6 months, in the freezer for about 1 year.
