Try this delicious cake recipe:

Shortcrust pastry: quickly knead all ingredients except cornstarch (maizena) and flour until smooth. Work flour and maizena (cornstarch) underneath. Rest the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Then roll out, cut out a ring of about 24 cm and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (Leftover dough can be frozen without any problem.) Prick the dough a few times with a fork and then bake in a hot oven at 180 °C for 10 min. and cool.

Filling Mix the muesli with the mascarpone, orange juice and zest grated well.

Place a springform rim on the cooled shortcrust pastry base, spread with raspberry jam and sprinkle with the almond semolina.

Spread the granola mixture evenly on top and smooth it down. Next, place the raspberries on top.

Glaze: Make a cake jelly with drawn apple juice, mint tea, lemon zest and the cake glaze powder, add the raspberry brandy and glaze the raspberries. Allow to infuse for about 4 hours.
