For the quick curd cake, mix the curd with egg, sugar and milk. Roll out part of the shortcrust pastry. Spread the dough with the curd mixture. Place the remaining dough on top of the curd mixture in e.g. lattice form. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon and bake at 180°C. Let the quick pot pie cool down and serve.
