Knead the former ingredients into a dough and place it rolled out on a greased baking sheet.
Make a paste of butter, milk, sugar and semolina and cool. Mix the poppy seeds with the vanilla and the eggs, stir into the semolina and spread evenly on the dough. Spread the crumbles and sprinkle them on top. Bake the cake at 200 °C on the middle shelf of the oven for 35-40 minutes.
