Instructions:

For the Hangover Bread Soup, first soak the dried beans in plenty of water for one night, pour off the water before using.

Bring the soup to the boil, add the dried beans with the bread and the peeled, sliced garlic cloves. Allow to simmer gently on low heat for about 45 minutes, then finely puree the whole thing in a hand mixer and return to the pot.

Finish with whipped cream and sour cream. Season with caraway seeds, pepper, salt and Tabasco. Finally, add the sausages to warm. Serve the hangover bread soup and sprinkle with chives.

Preparation Tip:

The dried beans for the hangover bread soup can be replaced by fresh green beans. Let these roll in the soup without soaking beforehand.
