For the topping:


Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Then gradually stir in oil and water.

Finally, stir in the flour sifted with baking powder until a smooth dough is formed.

Mix orange juice with rum, soak the biscuits briefly and place them on the cake close together.

If children are eating with you, just leave out the rum.
