For the Arabic mocha, place all ingredients together in an oriental metal stemmed coffee pot and bring to a boil. Let the mocha boil for 6 minutes while stirring. Be careful, it will foam over slightly.
Then let stand for a minute to allow the coffee grounds to settle to the bottom. Carefully pour the mocha into small cups and serve.

With the Arabian mocha it is best to serve coffee cup cookies or cantuccini.
