For the chili con carne, chop onion and sauté. Add minced meat and fry vigorously. Then extinguish with a little water.
Add tomato sauce and chopped peppers. Squeeze in garlic and add tomato paste and Mexican seasoning.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Add corn and beans, continue to simmer. Season to taste and serve.
