Wash limes in hot water and peel carefully. Cut the peels into tiny cubes. Mix with salt, pepper and ginger. Rub salmon fillets with this mixture and leave for one night. Then grill on a low flame. Mix the butter with the juice of the limes and brush the salmon with it.
