For the Bündner Gerstl soup, fry the onion, add the finely chopped vegetables and pour in the soup stock. Add rolled barley and cook the soup until the barley is soft.
Cut the Bündner meat into small strips and add to the soup. Fry parsley and garlic in hot fat and stir in just before serving or decorate with fried parsley. Then serve the Bündner Gerstl soup hot.
