For the tuna tartare with mango avocado, peel the mango and cut into small cubes – season with a little lime juice. Then halve the avocado, remove the seeds and also dice.

Mix in lime juice, a pinch of salt and pepper. Cut the well chilled tuna fillet into cubes as well and mix with a dressing of soy sauce, a little lime juice, oil and finely chopped coriander (amount according to taste). Allow to stand briefly.

Now with the help of dessert rings arrange the 3 components in the order avocado, mango, tuna on the plate and finally sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Preparation Tip:

The tuna tartare with mango avocado is best served with toasted white bread. If you don't like tuna, you can simply replace it with raw salmon.
