Make kneaded dough. Roll out 2/3 of it and shape into a cake springform pan. Pull up the edge. Cut apples into small slices and mix with the remaining ingredients. Pull a little. Form on the pastry base and cover with the remaining pastry. Bake at 200 °C – 60 min. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
