For the chard rolls, mix well minced meat with egg, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, salt, bell pepper, paprika powder, caraway seeds and sour cream.

Mix in the finely chopped stems, season to taste and add more seasoning if necessary. Wash the chard leaves, remove the stems, cover with stuffing and roll up.

Place in a baking dish and bake at 200 °C for about 25 minutes. Arrange on plates with roasted potatoes.
