For the garlic bread, put flour, yeast, salt and oil in a large bowl. Add about 3/4 of the water and knead to a smooth dough, if too firm add some more water.

Let dough rest for about 1 hour. In the meantime, mix herbs, oil and pressed garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare baking sheets.

Divide yeast dough into fist-sized pieces, roll each briefly with your hands and roll out into a long strip. Brush with the garlic herb oil, fold in half and twist in.

Place on baking sheet and bake for about 25 min. until bread is golden brown.
