Instructions:

For the rosemary honey first carefully wash the firschen rosemary and pat dry.

Then carefully liquefy honey in a water bath (caution – do not make the water bath too hot). Then put the rosemary in a jar and slowly pour honey over it.

Let the freshly prepared rosemary honey infuse for about 4 weeks before consumption.

Preparation Tip:

Our rosemary honey is excellent for glazing meat.
