Instructions:

For Spanish eggs, peel and finely chop the onion and crush the garlic cloves. Sauté onions and garlic in hot oil until golden.

Cut the ham into strips or cubes and add. Cut the garlic sausage into thin slices and add. Add the peas and season with salt and pepper.

Pour this mixture into 4 shallow ovenproof foerms, beat eggs and slide over them.

Drain the peppers from the jar and place them on top of the egg whites. If desired, add green sapnica olives on top.

Bake on the grill in the heated oven for 10-15 minutes so that the egg whites are set. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Serve Spanish eggs in the ramekins as an entrée or dinner.
