Instructions:

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Cream butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour nuts and chocolate, then add snow. Pour into a greased springform pan.

Baking time: 1 hour at about 175 °C

Scoop out the cake base with a spoon until a rim and base about 2cm thick remains. Crumble the scooped out amount.

For the filling, whip the cream until stiff. Stir in vanilla sugar and cocoa, then mix with the crumbs. Reserve about 3 tablespoons of crumbs for garnish.

Then pour the crumb mixture into the hollowed out cake base. Finally, place the remaining crumbs on top and dust with cocoa and powdered sugar.
