Instructions:

In a water bath, melt chocolate with water, 1 tbsp. sugar, butter, stirring throughout. Cool to lukewarm. Fold in egg yolks when amount is lukewarm. Leave to rest for 6 hours. Now form small balls, dredge in mixture of cocoa and remaining powdered sugar. Keep balls in the refrigerator.

Drinking suggestion: cup of espresso

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result will taste!
