Wrap the potatoes in foil and cook in the oven. This takes about 40 minutes at 180 degrees, depending on the size of the potatoes.
2. unpack potatoes, cut a lid in the upper third, hollow out to a rim. Mix the inside with the butter and the pomace and pour it in repeatedly. Spread a large spoonful of liquid or semi-liquid Vacherin evenly on top of each, then place the lid repeatedly.
