For the feta pasta gratin, place the spirelli, bell bell pepper, carrot, cabanossi and feta cubes in a greased, coverable baking dish and mix well.
Whisk the whipping cream with milk, soup powder, salt, pepper and herbs and pour over the pasta mixture.
Cover and cook in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 40 minutes (turning occasionally).
To brown and gratinate, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and leave uncovered in the oven for another 10 minutes.
