Maybe your new favorite bean dish:
This dish can easily be made without salt: Sprinkle herbs over vegetables and cook in a steamer basket over a spicy herb broth until just tender without salt. For vegetables cooked in a little water, such as beans, add a little savory or other herbs and simmer. Pour the spicy salad dressing over the vegetables while they are still warm, let sit for a bit.
Preparation: Mix well all ingredients up to and including pepper, add diced tomatoes and peppers.
Goes well with: cooked vegetable salads, all leaf salads, with Gschwellti or boiled meat.
Tip: Instead of balsamic vinegar bianco use the dark aceto balsamico.
