For the Tokay sticks, work butter, flour and yolks into a smooth dough and cut out sticks.
For the glaze, beat sugar and egg whites until stiff. Spread the snow on the Stangerl and bake the Stangerl until light.
Then put 2 stangerl together with currant jam and serve the Tokaj stangerl.
