Brown the mince, sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil until soft. Drain the beans and corn.
Dice the tomatoes and the peppers. Put everything together in a saucepan, season and simmer gently for 1 hour.
In the meantime, cook the pasta according to package instructions, strain and serve with the chili con carne.
Preparation Tip:
The chili tastes better the longer it simmers away, or much more so the next day.
