Instructions:

For the bruschetta, bake the ciabatta and cut into slightly thicker slices. Put the tomatoes briefly in boiling water, remove, peel and cut into medium-sized cubes.

Chop the garlic and basil and mix with the tomatoes.salt and pepper. Spread ricotta thickly on the ciabatta slices.

Then put the tomato mixture on top and finally put 2 slices of prosciutto per slice.
