For the puff pastry with rum-apricot jam, add the rum to the jam and mix thoroughly. Leave to stand for a few minutes.
Cut the puff pastry into 8 rectangles, place a tablespoon of apricot jam in the center of each rectangle, fold the corners together and press down.
Bake the puff pastry with apricot jam in the oven at 190°C for 25 minutes.

You can omit the rum from the puff pastry with apricot jam.
