A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Sift flour and baking powder, mix with 300 g sugar, add eggs and buttermilk. mix everything together until smooth. Grease a deep baking tray and line with baking parchment paper. Spread the quantity evenly.
Scrape out the vanilla pod and dry mix the vanilla pulp with 90 g sugar and the coconut flakes. Spread the finished mixture evenly on the cake.
Then bake the cake at 190 °C (upper-lower heat) for about 20-25 minutes. Spread the liquid whipped cream evenly on the still hot cake on the spot after baking.
Then cool and cut into pieces.
Melt the cooking chocolate on a water bath, fill it into a paper bag and “spin” it over the cooled cake slices.
