Instructions:

Clean mushrooms only with a kitchen towel, do not wash. Discard stems and finely dice.

Sauté the minced stems with the pressed garlic clove in butter until soft. Season with salt and pepper, add breadcrumbs. Cool down a bit.

Stir in parmesan and parsley. Fill the mushroom heads with the mixture and bake at 250 °C until golden brown.
