Cook lemon cream with milk according to package directions, stir in Cointreau. Spread on the cake base. Clean persimmons, cut into wedges. Spread evenly on the cream. Top with jam, pistachios and walnut halves. Whip cream with sugar until stiff, drizzle on top of cake, garnish with cocktail cherries.
