Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse, dry and de-bean meat.

Stir through oil, wine, soy sauce, juice of one lemon, minced garlic and savory. Cover meat with marinade and set aside to cool.

Stir through butter, juice of one lemon and kitchen herbs. Season with pepper and salt. Form into a roll and leave to cool.

Dry meat, season with pepper and salt. Fry in hot oil. Brush with marinade, roast for 16-18 min. in heated oven at 225 °C (gas oven: level 4).

Top with butter when cut open.
