For the paprika-kohlrabi vegetables, remove the core from the paprika and cut into 2×2 cm pieces. Peel the kohlrabi and also cut into 2×2 cm cubes.
Put the vegetables in an ovenproof glass dish, drizzle with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt. Cook in the oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently and checking the degree of cooking.
Just before the end of the cooking time, mix in the chopped herbs to taste.
