For the vegan chocolate mousse, melt the chocolate. Beat the tofu with vanilla sugar, rum and the chocolate with a hand mixer until fluffy.
Pour into small glasses or bowls. Refrigerate the vegan chocolate mousse in the icebox until serving.
Preparation Tip:
Vegan chocolate sprinkles are a great decoration. If you want the vegan chocolate mousse to be a little sweeter, just add a tablespoon of powdered sugar.
