For the Flädle, first mix flour, milk, eggs, a pinch of salt and oil to make a thin pancake batter. In a suitable pan, bake pancakes (Flädle) one after the other in hot butter and keep warm. In a saucepan, briefly boil the red wine with cinnamon and sugar. Reduce heat, stir in grated gingerbread and nuts and boil down to a thick paste. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate, fill the flädle with it and roll up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
