Place one macadamia nut between each two apricots and wrap with serrano ham. Cut figs in half. Put one macadamia in each half of the fruit and wrap with ham as well. Heat oil and fry the fruit in it all around.

Remove and drain on household paper. Rinse basil and cilantro, dry and chop. Chop the remaining macadamia nuts. Stir through culinary herbs, macadamias and chili sauce and bring to table with figs and apricots.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you’ll always have everything on hand!
