For the strawberry-pineapple jam, wash and cut strawberries, also cut pineapple into pieces and puree. Bring the pineapple, strawberries and sugar to a boil and process according to the instructions for the preserving sugar.
Finally, add a dash of limoncello and run the jelly test. Immediately pour the jam into sterile preserving jars, seal tightly and turn the jars upside down.

The strawberry-pineapple jam can also be refined with another liqueur.
