Strawberry Cream in Layers

For the strawberry cream in layers clean, wash and chop strawberries, mix with 2 tablespoons of honey and the mint leaves and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Mix yogurt, sour cream and the remaining honey, cut in half and puree one half with half of the strawberries with a blender.

Divide the yogurt cream among 6 glasses, arrange the strawberries on top and cover with the strawberry cream. Chill the strawberry cream in layers for at least 2 hours.
