Rinse strawberries, prepare (ready to cook, e.g. hull, remove woody parts and dirt) and halve or quarter each according to size. Mix with the powdered sugar and the orange liqueur. Steep briefly.

Remove the peel from the bananas, cut them into wheels and mash them with the juice of one lemon, the yogurt, the vanilla sugar and the sugar.

To serve, arrange the banana mousse in deep dessert plates and spread the strawberries evenly on top.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
