For the spicy garlic oil, the garlic cloves must first be peeled and chopped into medium-sized pieces. Likewise, the pepperoni cut into small pieces.
Now fill the garlic and pepperoni pieces into a bottle and pour the olive oil over them.
Leave the sealed bottle for at least 1 week so that the flavors in the spicy garlic oil can develop ideally.
