For the homemade spaghetti, knead all ingredients well together to form a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest for about 30 minutes. Knead well again and turn in batches through a pasta machine until the dough is only about 3 cm thick.

Then cut the dough into strips. If you don’t have a pasta machine, you can roll out the dough on a floured countertop to about 3c m thick and cut it into 1 cm strips.

Cook the homemade spaghetti in salted water for about 5 minutes al dente.

Preparation Tip:

You can also add herbs to the homemade spaghetti or color it with tomato paste, or spinach, etc.
