Spaetzle

Mix all the ingredients, except the butter.

Using a spätzle sieve, add the batter to boiling salted water in batches and boil for 1 minute.

When floating on the surface, skim and drain.

Finally, toss in butter and add salt.

Preparation Tip:

Serve the spaetzle with juice meat, roulades or goulash. Or simply bake again with cheese.
